A Little Experiment. Fantastico!



I just got back from class and wondered what to make for dinner. I wanted eggs, but I had some green beans I wanted to use before I leave for the long weekend. Lightbulb. A dinner omelette. A Domelette! I just put some tomatoes, green beans, and garlic (all from the fresh food daily market behind our street), with oregano and tuscan seasoning in a pan and let them get crisp. They I cooked the eggs with milk and freshly grated parmesan cheese. And... a Domelette! It smelled fantastico! All my roommates thought it was the greatest thing. The chipped plate adds a rustic touch :) Bonissimo!!!
